There seems to be an issue with FPL this morning, wherein I cannot receive calls from any FPL or Fongo or Bell landline number, however I can receive them from a Bell cell or Rogers cell number. And this was only after I rebooted the ATA (Grandstream from FPL) twice. I can call out at this time. I have a friend with FPL, and all of those calls are going to voicemail. Obviously in need of an ATA reboot as well. Did something happen at the server end overnight, as everything seemed to be working fine last night. Is anyone else having trouble calling out to another FPL number or Fongo number, or trouble receiving calls from Bell landline numbers ?
Let me clarify:
1. No dial tone, no nothing, until 2 reboots of ATA --- Once rebooted, the following occurs ....
2. Incoming calls from Bell Cell number --- OK
3. Incoming calls from Bell Landline --- GOES DIRECTLY TO FPL VOICEMAIL
4. Incoming calls from Fongo number --- GOES DIRECTLY TO FPL VOICEMAIL
5. Incoming calls from FPL number --- unable to test at the moment
6. Incoming calls from Rogers Landline --- unable to test at the moment
7. Incoming calls from Rogers Cell number --- OK
8. Outgoing calls to FPL number --- GOES DIRECTLY TO FPL VOICEMAIL
9. Outgoing calls to Fongo number --- OK
10. Outgoing calls to Bell Cell number --- OK
11. Outgoing calls to Bell Landline --- OK
12. Outgoing calls to Rogers Cell number --- OK
13. Outgoing calls to Rogers Landline --- unable to test at the moment
Please check to see what might have happened at the server end overnight. Note also that I have forwarded my FPL number my Bell cell number in order to receive calls.

The issue seems to have cleared up as of 3:10 pm on 7-30-2013. I can now receive calls from every source and will check with my friend after ATA reboot to see if the same holds true there later today. As far as I know at this point, no ticket is necessary, but it would be nice to know that I wasn't imagining this phenomenon, and that there was some kind of fix initiated at the FPL end.
