Long distance's voucher

Post by sa_wood »

I decided to buy 5$ voucher because it says on the website that I can call anywhere in world and my country (Cambodia) is also in the Freephoneline list. But when I make a call to Cambodia, I hear the system: my plan doesn't cover this call. I tried to send a message to billing department to ask for refund but no reply. Do you have this problem before :?:

Your best bet would be to call into our technical support department so we can help fix the calling problem you're encountering. As we have a no refunds policy, your billing ticket is likely to be moved to our tech department to follow-up with regardless.

Are you using a Linksys ATA? Insufficient funds errors are generally caused by a mis-configured dial plan.

No, I use the soft-phone. Thanks for your response. I will do a test again at this week end and will let you know the result.
