Long distance's voucher
I decided to buy 5$ voucher because it says on the website that I can call anywhere in world and my country (Cambodia) is also in the Freephoneline list. But when I make a call to Cambodia, I hear the system: my plan doesn't cover this call. I tried to send a message to billing department to ask for refund but no reply. Do you have this problem before

Your best bet would be to call into our technical support department so we can help fix the calling problem you're encountering. As we have a no refunds policy, your billing ticket is likely to be moved to our tech department to follow-up with regardless.
Are you using a Linksys ATA? Insufficient funds errors are generally caused by a mis-configured dial plan.

No, I use the soft-phone. Thanks for your response. I will do a test again at this week end and will let you know the result.
