Help with registration

Post by gmdpro »

I cant register my account because I am already on a VoIP service and it seem it wont recognize any number I press on my phone so I need an admin to please activate it as fast as possible because my VoIP service ends soon and I need to buy the config file and configure my box with it as I found that your company offer a great deal for free.

Also keep up the good work with your service!!

Also I have a request as I wasnt able to use the service on my computer my old account gmdpro@msn.com went inactive and FPL must disabled it so all I want is to change back my email gmdpro1@gmail.com to gmdpro@msn.com like before but in order to do so please remove the gmdpro@msn.com and it is inactive from your database so I can change to that email in my actual account.

Thanks in advance for your assistance!!

Since gmdpro1 was never activated, all you need to do is sign up again using gmdpro - just delete your browser cookies if it says you already have an account.

dont work sorry it keep saying gmdpro@msn.com is already registered :( also would need to register my account fast because my old VoIP service end on 07 and I need my number ported too so if you cant delete from database gmdpro@msn.com then just register manually gmdpro1@gmail.com because the number I entered is VoIP so the system wont recognize the numbers entered on the phone.

Maybe it is your DTMF tones that are causing the problems. I know I have terrible troubles with voicemails and IVRs and have to keep swapping between various types.

Have you tried using inband for your DTMF tones?
