worked fine for mounths but now ...
call drop after 32 sec

I know that this problem is more then likely a modem issue.
But right now I don't know what to do because its worked for mounths... (did not touch anything)
so maybe its not end user issue ....

fixed the problem....

I need to Disable SIP ALG with your "new" system...

I knew that was a modem issue

Some SIP applications have their own way to work around the NAT firewall issue, and the SIP ALG would conflict with those solutions and the "new" FPL system have conflct with the SIP ALG

Can you explain exactly what you did because I have the exact same modem.

Thanks tony_qc that fixed it for me.

Scoponox, I have a different Netgear modem, but try Advanced/WAN Setup then check Disable SIP ALG

Hi, do you think what j have here would be the same issue ?
http://forum.freephoneline.ca/viewtopic.php?f=8&t=2166
Is that disable SIP ALG something I find on my router or in my ATA ?
