Hi,
I have a budphone.ca account that I use for the budphone app on android. I recently upgraded and reinstalled all my apps, but when I try to login to the budphone site I get the error "invalid account". I realize I have not logged in for a while, but I had no need with the app installed on my phone. I have tried resetting my password, but that also gives the error "invalid account". I have also tried creating a new account but that is not allowed because it says my number is already registered to another account (which I guess it technically is).
I am stuck for what to do next, if I can't login and I can't create a new account. Really hoping for some sort of solution, and I figured this would be the best place to go.
