Hello,
I have recently noticed that my incoming calls are no longer working on my freephoneline. When I try to call my number, I hear dead air, followed by fast busy notification.
Outgoing call works fine. The funny thing is, the incoming call starts working again after I make an outgoing call, but eventually, incoming call will have the same problem again.
I tried rebooting my ATA, but to no avail. Please advise. Thank you.

Re: Incoming call not working
To permanently fix the problem, you need to manually forward ports from your router to the ATA. But for a quick fix, turn off your modem, your router, and your ATA device. Wait 20 seconds. Now turn on the modem. Wait another 20 seconds. Turn on the router. Wait 30 seconds, then turn on your ATA. That should do the trick until the next time the router gets confused on where to route the incoming VOIP call.

I have moved your post to a more appropriate spot as this had nothing to do with the mobile application
