I am using HTC-502. Everything configured perfectly by following the configuration steps posted in this forum.
Two issues:
1. I cannot access VM from my phone (*98) and I get busy tone. Rather I set that up so at least I can get my VM through emails
2. I am in Toronto, if I try calling to Hamilton area or Edmonton, I am prompted with a message that I donot have enough credit to call.
Please help in resolving the issues

Re: Long Distance and Accessing VM
Both appear to be dial plan related in your ATA (ie. it's doing something wonky with the numbers you dial before sending them to our server).
Unfortunately the HT-502 isn't an ATA we sell or support here, so I'm not the guy to ask how to fix this. We do have some other HT-502 users in the forum - perhaps they can assist?

Re: Long Distance and Accessing VM
Some have gotten away with dialplans like: .* (basically everything). You can start with something simple and firm it up from there.
Have you been able to call through with the softphone? I can see a remote possibility that you calling the Hamilton "area" might be just outside the free calling zone.
