Hi!
I have a problem.
Yesterday evening i have added a 20$ voucher to my account.
I received the confirmation of purshase at the same moment, and received the invoice last night.
I went in my account and the voucher is still not added.
What is the problem?
Please help me, i need to make international phone calls this week end.

I would call support. That will be your best bet for a fast fix. Pick a number from here http://www.freephoneline.ca/contactUs all roads lead to Rome though.
This forum is good for getting things fixed, but some thing you just need to call support for and they will usually fix things straight away.
