Basically a bump in this thread, as I have not seen an FPL reply yet.

Sorry - we try our best to get into every thread but sometimes miss some.
There's actually an option on the follow-me page for this - this was improperly migrated when the site was updated. Expect it to be on the voicemail settings page in the next few days.

Ahhhh --- that would explain why I could not find it when I was hunting around for it earlier. I thought that this topic might have been missed, hence the bump, which obviously seems to have worked!FPL-steve wrote:Sorry - we try our best to get into every thread but sometimes miss some.

Suggestion at the same time: perhaps make it an available option inside the actual VOICEMAIL system, off of the ADMIN OPTIONS section, so that it can be changed while accessing the voicemail?? Dunno how feasible this is, but it would eliminate having to do it via the web interface, and make it more like a traditional voicemail system. Again, I don't know exactly how configurable your voicemail system is, or what platform it uses...

Re: Voicemail message launguage
Certainly a great suggestion about including it within the system itself. Unfortunately this would be out of the realm of how we can modify the voicemail system at this time though. However, I will still keep this on the list in case it ever becomes an available option to us!TheHardy wrote:Ahhhh --- that would explain why I could not find it when I was hunting around for it earlier.
