Oct. 26 - My two line is dead
My two lines on two ATA are dead. I had a dial tone but unable to call; busy tone and when calling my number, same busy tone. I reset my modem and my ATA and there everything is dead, no lines, ATA not sync! There is a server maintenance?

Was down for me as well (about 3:40AM according to my logs). Back up now.

Samething for me this moring.
My home alarm system told me that the night test fails at 3 AM.
Now it's back to normal.
But the call logs on the website are deleted, we can't see the logs of the last days.
Any problem with FPL servers last night?

Hi everyone,
There was some maintenance done on the system overnight - this is some routine server/network upgrades and is nothing to be alarmed about. There's a possibility that more overnight maintenance may happen again at some point this week.
I am told that the team is still looking into having all historic call logs restored on the website (I've been off on holidays and haven't been able to follow this closely sorry).
