I purchased a preconfigured ATA box (Grandstream Handy Tone 286) from FPL about two months ago; so far everything appears to be working fine.
For the purpose of trouble shooting or making changes, can FPC remotely access my ATA box?

Re: ATA Remote Access
We have no way of remotely accessing ATAs, as they are NAT'd behind your router.
If a tech support agent ever needs access they would have the customer setup a temporary port forward in their router so we can get at it. However, this is a very rare scenario as our ATAs have an extremely intuitive and easy interface so we can easily walk customers through troubleshooting over the phone or email.
