911 Personal Info

When I enter my address on the 911 page, the 2nd address blank always remains empty. In my case, I wish to enter my apartment number. I do this, press 'Update' and the program says that my information has been updated. However, when I return to this page, my apartment number is missing and the appropriate field remains blank.

You could try entering it on the same line ... ie:
12125 86 Avenue Unit 9

or alternately

#9-12125 86 Avenue

System should support that.

Be aware that now that you have CHANGED your 911 info, you can almost certainly expect a confirmation phone call from FPL (866-515-5550) within a few days; might want to make sure you answer the call, confirm the info, but ignore the upsell the may or may not try!
