I guess while I'm at it, I use to be able to make a 807-825-XXXX phone call for the longest time and a few months ago I'm not able to as it is not part of the Tariff plan. Please fix this issue.

I am unable to make a Call to a Rogers cell 613-410-XXXX which is local to the city of Ottawa as it is not part of the Tariff Plan

Yes, I works.. Thanks the wife will be happy that the kids can call her any time of the day. As for 807... It is a shame it stopped working as I only call my grandmother at that number which was nice for the time being as I got to know her a bit more.

How about setting her up with an account? then she could call you, and you could call her anytime for free. You may have to create an account with a number in a different area, but you would still be able to speak for free

It did say "part of the tariff plan" this morning.
"Your account balance is insufficient to place your call to that destination." is what it is saying now as of 10:20
What number am I calling? A ROGERS CELL 613-410-XXXX.

It funny how I have to re-register and create a new phone number just to use the Dell application for the iphone using the existing e-mail address used to create the FPL number.
