I attempted to register but when I say that I am "happy with my phone number" the UI tells me that the account number is invalid. If I say I am not happy with the phone number the system gives me the same one.
I tried calling the number and I get a message saying the account is invalid.

Re: Failed to get Valid Number on Registration
Hi Mike,
I returned to the registration to obtain the offending digits and this time I got a more sensible error message along the lines of "No Numbers Available In that Area" so I chose another area and got a number.
Thanks

Re: Failed to get Valid Number on Registration
Sadly, at the moment we are not able to offer Toronto numbers. When we first released Dell voice, we had not been expecting the HUGE response we got. Although we have ove one million numbers at any given time that can be assigned, they are broken down to all of the regions we offer service in.dleifdah wrote:Hi Mike,

At this point, we ask that you take a number for another area local to Toronto (perhaps Markham or North York) When Toronto numbers become available again, you would want to either sign up a second account while using another email address, or delete your account and sign up again using the same one.
