When your ATA pooches, are you able to load and initialize the PC/Mac softphone app?? If so, then it is likely NOT a Fongo-network issue...
Hardy - Surrey, BC ~~ increasingly disgruntled FPL user ... comon, fix your stuff!

[quote="FONGO_Announcements"]On Sunday March 18th, Fongo experienced a call services outage. One of our software vendors' systems encountered an internal issue which resulted in downtime for the majority of our users. After investigation of the issue we chose to transition users to a backup system to restore service. Users were transitioned over the course of the day with a large portion being complete at 1:30pm, followed by another portion at 6:30pm and finally the remaining users around midnight.
We apologize wholeheartedly for any inconvenience this may have caused and are working with our partners to prevent these types of outages in the future.[/quo

Pax
It would help a lot if you would give some information about the connection the you are using
ISP, modem, router, ATA, PC Client, Android etc. Without that you can only expect random guesses.
First:
Power down you network ie. power down your modem, router ATA and any computers etc on the network.
Wait at least 10 minutes and then power up your modem - once connected power up your router - once connected
power up your ATA. Once connected try a phone call and see how it goes.
