FPL shall have such function to record calls. Very important for some details to be recorded such as agreements etc.
If FPL cannot record, please inform me a software I can download to record all incoming, and my voices on my computer.
Urgently need!

Due to privacy laws and restrictions our in-house application does not have any short term plans to support call recording.

Buy your config file, if you haven't already.
Download X-Lite softphone and install. It has a Record functions. I run the paid version of X-Lite, so you may have to buy it to enable the Record function, I forget.

Please remember, you must ALWAYS inform the person you are speaking with that the conversation is being recorded, and they must consent to having it recorded.

Re: look for software that can record all calls (both sides)
This has come up before, and I am sure it was mentioned that Canada has a one party notification rule, although I am sure this sort of thing comes under many other acts to be considered. But the one party rule would surely mean that as long as you inform yourself the call is being recorded you fulfill the requirement.FONGO_mike wrote:tbrummell wrote:Buy your config file, if you haven't already.

I would say this is probably the greyest of grey areas though, and to err on the side of caution you will probably be best advised to inform the other party also.
