Key pad does not work. Incoming calls are fine

Please try to provide as much detail as you can in your posts so everyone can assist in a more timely manner. Can you provide details about any troubleshooting you may have previously done?

If nothing, then please try uninstalling both the softphone and Java from your computer. Then, head to Java.com and download and install the latest version of Java and then install the softphone again.

A simple reboot sometimes works too, as the PC app is sometimes a little unstable, and if you have been up and running for a long time, opened and closed several apps, Windows itself is inherently unstable and still suffers from memory leaks....

All that said, as Steve suggested, please let us know which version of the prg you are running. FPL or DV (or an older budphone...?)

Win-XP does have serious memory issues, and java does not tolerate these well. Try the reboot, try making sure you have the most current version of Java.

If you are using the Dell Voice soft phone, i am going to suggest frist downgrading your Java to 29 instead of the latest version.
