Hello,
I just come home today and my SIP status is Disconnected. If i look in my PAP2 it says can't login to server in the registration state. My phone was working fine this morning and i did not change anything.
am i the only one ? i'm in the Gatineau region. Any one could help me please ?
Thank you very much.
PS. I unplugged my PAP2 and replugged it. My internet is working fine so it's not the connection in my house.

Re: SIP disconnected
Try powering down both your router and your ATA. Wait 5 min, then power up the router and once working power up the ATA. Test the ATA.

Re: SIP disconnected
Glad you got it going -- the order that you re-power the components is important, and sometimes if you don't wait long enough (you can do a manual reset to force them to re-acquire IP addresses too), they won't "clear" properly. Sometimes your OS makes a difference, sometimes there are network issues at Fongo ... either way the power down, wait, power up cycle is a good first thing to try when things go wrong!
