I have just hooked up my LinkSys SPA3000 with Freephoneline service, after some settings I can make outbound call without problem. But when I make inbound call upon first ring tone I heard person not available message. I have opened SIP port 5060 and 5061 on my router. From my call log I see all incoming calls have disconnect reason "Recovery on timer expiry".
Anybody knows what is wrong?

Re: Can make outbound call, but cannot receive call
What settings did the SPA300 start with? Factory default or some left over from previous use?

Against all odds here, I think your problem is that your ports aren't routed correctly.hardywang wrote:I have just hooked up my LinkSys SPA3000 with Freephoneline service, after some settings I can make outbound call without problem. Re: Can make outbound call, but cannot receive call
My settings are primary factory default, with some adjustment
My NAT settings are:
NAT Mapping Enable: yes
NAT Keep Alive Enable: yes
NAT Keep Alive Msg: $NOTIFY
NAT Keep Alive Dest: $PROXY
Line 1 and PSTN Register Expires: 60
I also attached my configuration files here.

Re: Can make outbound call, but cannot receive call
Have you got this working now?
If not, run STUN with eg stun.callwithus.com and see it things works now. If not change your port forwarding from 5060 &5061 UDP to 5061 & 5062 UDP line 1 and 2 respectively. Reflect this in the 3000 settings. Also make sure that you have forwarded the required RTP ports from the router to the ATA.

Re: Can make outbound call, but cannot receive call
I have the same incoming call problem in recent days with my Linksys SPA 2102, I can make outbound call without problem too, But when I make inbound call upon first ring tone I heard busy tone immediately. Can you tell me how did you fix it?
