I was trying to call a TD Canada Trust branch (416 231 3444) using my FPL account. After a couple of rings, TD's branch number forwards to a central number where you have access to various services, and if you wait on the line, you get transferred to the actual branch you tried to call.
When I call this branch (and probably any other branch), after the couple of rings, the call gets disconnected instead of transferred. Can somebody confirm or disprove this hypothesis by dialing this TD branch? If this is happening to other FPL subscribers, could it be that FPL improperly detects the transfer as a disconnect, or purposely disconnects when it is transferred a certain way?
Thanks!
Iordan

Working perfectly for me. I called, heard a few rings, listened to the menu and got transferred to the branch when I choose 3.
That's from my FPL test account in the office configured on a Linksys PAP2T using our default configuration settings.

Not a problem at all! At least with a number like that you can easily share for us to testiiordanov wrote:Completely my fault, please accept my apologies! I was dialing the number wrong!
