I'm a new Fongo home phone user and In the last couple of days I've experienced some problems with the incoming calls.
I have no problems at all with the outgoing calls, but when I call my home phone usually some one of these 3 things happen:
1) I get is a busy signal
2) I go directly to the VM
3) I get a message saying "2T1 your call did not go through"
Any ideas? I need the phone to receive calls too!!!

Please reply with the following info ... we have had some previous reports of trouble like this (I will find and post link).
First 6 digits of your FPL #
First 6 of the # you are calling FROM, and also whom the carrier on that line is ....
Other user had problems SPECIFIC to the line he was calling FROM, and nothing to do with the Fongo line at all. Tests from some of his friends (on different cell carriers and from their homephones) supported this and it was narrowed down to this.
In his case, he had to file a report with the carrier for the affected DIALING phone as it was not a Fongo issue.
