I called customer service on Wednesday and was on the phone with them for about an hour but they could not figure it out. I called back today and spent another 45minutes on the phone still with no luck. This ended with them trying to tell me it was my router. I explained however that I still can not get a connection if I connect the ATA directly to the modem. I believe it's the ATA itself. I am currently waiting for a supervisor to call me back.
One thing I've noticed, and I'm not sure if this makes a difference or not, but if I leave the ATA unplugged for a length of time (i.e. an hour) and then try to reconnect, it does almost connect but then craps out again.
Does anyone have any tips or suggestions? I'm just about out of patience here and it is coming up on the long weekend. I've been without my home phone for two days now and being on the phone with customer service has crushed my cell phone minutes.
Cheers!

Bill
