When I try to redial a number with the VTECH DECT 6.0 cordless phone attached to the Grandsteam AT286 ATA, this number gets padded with "17028000" and I receive a busy tone: 514-885-xxxx-17028000
I first thought it was a new feature added by DV as a timestamp but this happens regardless of the time and the dialed phone number and it's always the same string.
The "disconnect reason" column of the log shows "invalid number format (incomplete number)".
This issue occurs only with the base phone attached to the ATA and the phone screen of the second handset shows 10 digits numbers.
I'm using DV since February 2012 and never experienced a similar problem. I didn't change any settings of the ATA.
Regards.

Re: ReDialed numbers padded by "17028000"
Check the configuration of your ATA. There is a setting "Dial Prefix" that might be adding the extra digits but from what you have said, It is more likely that the VTECH is adding the prefix from its set up.
