Voicemail - can't access

When I bring up the VM dial pad I'masked to enter my "account number" which lunderstand is my issued phone number. It keeps telling me that the account is incorrect. I'v even tried dialling *98 to bypass but I get the same msg.

It sounds like your account did not get set up correctly. Just to make sure though, your account number will be your phone number WITH the initial 1. *98 should get you straight in though.

I would suggest messaging Fongo_mike http://forum.fongo.com/ucp.php?i=pm&mode=compose&u=3800 with a link to this thread and include your phone number to him so he can take a look at your account.
