I just ported my number over. When I call my office, the other end cannot see my caller ID.

the outbound CID is actually set from within the ATA device. Have you verified that your device is set up to display it and that it is not set to hide outbound caller ID?

I figured out it's myself accidently block the caller ID from ATA settings. Thanks!
