Paid for texting, not showing as subscribed

Hello,

I've just paid for 6 months of Canada SMS. I've exited and restarted the Dell Voice Fongo app and my Add-ons still show my "Unlimited Canada texting" as "Not subscribed"

I've received a Google Play Receipt at 12:45pm today.

When we bought credits before they showed up straight away (all 3 times).

Have you tried calling in?

It's the weekend now so the forum staff who come by will not be working. You can always PM fongo_mike or fongo_steve and ask them to look into this for you, if you don't get any joy by calling in.
If you do PM them, give them a link to this thread and your account phone number.

It sounds like something didn't hook up right when you bought.

It started working around 11:30am today. So that's about 23 hours after I purchased through the app.

It seems to be working, so all is good.

That's good to hear. It's a bit crap that people have to wait that long - it must cause quite a concern to a lot of people.

We initially bought when they started the text thing, so maybe now there is more checks being put in place for some reason. Either way, a delay is by no means optimal - even if you do say it in the FAQs.
