FOLLOW ME DOES NOT WORK

FOLLOW ME DOES NOT WORK
I have set up my Follow me number, etc. but when I do a test call, I end up in my Dell Voice voicemail, without my secondary phone ever ringing... It just doesn't work.

SERIOUSLY ??? I'm not going to get help with this ? I've had this phone number for WEEKS now and I have NOT been using it because the FOLLOW ME does NOT work !!!
Well, I guess I'm not going to be using your services, and certainly NOT recommending them !

My settings are as follows :
Status : Enabled
Ring : Simultaneous
Follow me mode : Always Call Forward (grey)
Then:
Follow me numbers : I indicated the appropriate 10-digit number (area code + number) without dashes nor spaces
I have downloaded the software for PC.
If you have any idea why the Follow Me does not work, I will greatly appreciate it ...
