Call display feature is on and off on Dec24,25

Sometimes only "incoming call" was displayed without phone numer, and I missed friends' incoming call.

I tested the feature , and sometimes miss call number was recorded. I am unclear if PFL is doing maintenance.

Any other people have similar experience? thanks

Having similar issues with Call Display on FPL, Works fine when receiving a call from regular POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) lines, however displays "Incoming Call" and or "Error" from mobile phone lines. Tried with different mobile providers/carriers and ended up with the same result.

Using a Cisco SPA 122 ATA with Router adapter.

Anyone have any thoughts or suggestions on this?

I did not do anything to my ATA, and my call display was back to normal later. It is obvious that something happened to FPL server, such as registration time.

yesterday I experienced someproblems again:

1 . Phone was out of service, and ATA phone light was off. The service was back to normal after rebooting ATA (linksys PAP1).

2. Call display is unreliable, and I missed some friends' call.

Any suggestion will be appreciated.
