Hi,
I've been having problems with the Voicemail function from FPL. Problems exactly as described in these two cases:

I've done some testing and this is what happens:
1. I have my regular phone set to forward calls to my FPL number if it goes unanswered/busy/unavailable. The phone call gets redirected to the voicemail as desired but when I leave messages, they aren't saved. I have notifications set to text my phone whenever I get a voicemail. I dont' receive any texts when voicemails are left.
2. I call my FPL number directly and leave a voicemail and it does not get saved. I do get a text to notify me that a voicemail has been saved.
In anycase, I don't receive any voicemails period even though they're being left. They just disappear. What is the problem?

Perhaps, the voicemail is there but you didn't wait enough time for the ATA to access the service.
For some reason I have to stay on the line 15 seconds for the voicemail function to engage now.

but when I log in, it says I have no new messages. I can't even wait to retrieve them because they aren't there.

If you go to the FreePhone portal, in your voicemail settings, are you set to Forward or Copy?

For what it's worth, I can't even access my voicemail settings now in the Portal. This is the screen I get when I try to access it:

It doesn't load at all. But it was set to forward I believe.

Well, if/when the Portal is back online, change it to Copy.
Forward=send email with vmail attachment and delete from mailbox
Copy=send email with vmail attachment & leave original in mailbox
Yes, you will have to delete from 2 locations (phone & email) but at least this way you can see where the vmail is being lost. My guess is your ISP/email provider is scrubbing the email as spam.
