hi
I am new customer. I can not understand, help me. I configured my ATA to the instructions, DESKTOP APP SETTINGS. Like this works, but after dialing nothing. Incoming calls seem to come, but the phone is silent. Apparently something needs to be done, but what I do not.

it's hard to tell what is the problem. You might need to forward some ports on your router. See here on how to : http://portforward.com/english/routers/ ... ndex.htm#A

You select your router company then the model and after that you select the service in this case Freephoneline.ca
