I am getting this message when I try to make a call "this account is blocked".
As well, my SIP device (obi202) is showing the error "Register Failed: 401 Unauthorized (server=208.65.240.44:5060; retrying)".
Is my account somehow blocked?
FYI, I bought my SIP Account for a few weeks without activating it until just the pass few days... I had never gotten it to work with my obi202...
Could someone from support contact me and have this resolve for me? I prefer to not post my email address in this forum.
