Cannot port Dellvoice number to FPL anymore ?

Cannot port Dellvoice number to FPL anymore ?

Hi,

I tried to port over my Dellvoice phone number to FPL so that I can get a desktop app and use it on my laptop or ATA for home. However, I got the following message when I tried to do that in FPL. There is no support number that I can talk to anyone. Any clue?

Error: Unfortunately the number (613) 663-XXXX is not available to be transferred to Freephoneline.
We apologize for the inconvinience.
