New install

Hello I am emailing about my current install for the account. I just installed the modem because porting is finished. But when I try to make an outgoing call it says "account number is not valid". There is also a dial tone,
Please resolve this soon.

Thank you,
Log into your router and make sure the username is your PORTED number, including the initial 1. You may find that the username in there now is the temporary Fongo number that you were given when you set the account up.
