I am experiencing issue where,
When i call someone, its show "UNKNOW" OR "PRIVIATE CALLER" on receving party phone.
its there system problem or its me.

Its on your end, by looking at your postbit profile I'm assuming your using a PAP2T?
(Line 1, click on user 1) or (Line 2 and click on user 2) I haven't checked to see if this device has 2 lines but I am pretty sure it does off the top of my head.
Scroll down eathier on user 1 or user 2 in the settings there should be something like this "Block Cid" ?
Since yours is set to yes, change it to no, then save your settings and then reboot the PAP2T and do a test call to see if your number now shows.
