This is what I use for my daylight savings rule, and I think it works OK (On the Admin -> Advanced - Regional tab towards the bottom)

Code: Select all

start=3/8/7/2:00;end=11/1/7/2:00;save=1
The Time Zone is set at GMT -5 hours.

I also use these two servers as my NTP servers, but I know there are lots of others that can be used.

Code: Select all

time.windows.com
time.nist.gov

My phones only update the time when a call comes in.

There is a time in the ATA on the main page, does that say the correct time?

Could it be your phone then? If the ATA is showing the right time, something else must be adjusting the time.

As I said, I have Vtech cordless phones, and the base station only updates it's time from the ATA when a call comes in. I guess it gets some kind of time signal from it that it reads. If the ATA is seeing the right time though, I would look at the phone next.
