Not Receiving calls...

Not Receiving calls...
I don't believe this to be an ATA issue. I can make calls from my physical phone and also from the desktop app but I can not receive calls on either. If i call from my cell to my freephone line number it just rings and then routes to voicemail. The good thing is that I can retrieve my voice mail messages... but phone does not ring and desktop app does not recognize any incoming calls when i test it. any thoughts?

Do you have a Thompson speedtouch modem?

Hello, I just noticed that once again I have problems receiving calls.
The difference this time is that after making a call sometimes I get an
"Your connection is already in use, if you think this is an error call support" message.
Rebooted modem + ATA already.
