New Customer account issues

New Customer account issues

Hi, got new key & within minutes setup SIP, no issues here.
1) However, unable to leave any VM
2) when calling for remote access & getting prompt for account name (1+phone number) & pin, it goes to silent & 30 secs later says "Good Bye".
3) sending test fax using standard resolution, same nothing.

It's been 24hrs since signup for new account. Can make & receive phone call.

Also would like to report "1-778-215" should be local as it is in Kelowna, BC. (please update your calling area).

Thanks I got it working. The only way to make VM & FAX work is you have to at least once setup VM using *98.
However please let me know where should I contact to inform "1-778-215" should be $0 cost as it is Kelowna landline number & should be covered.
