I have had family try to call my FreePhoneLine number from an Allstream service and they get a message stating my number is not in service. My number and the calling numbers are both 519 area code and local numbers. The calls worked before porting my number but not now. The calling number is 253-XXXX and mine is 250-XXXX. Using a Cisco SPA-112, I have tried setting Block ANC Serv: to "NO" as this appears to be the only setting that may prevent the call from going through. I don't know of any other calls this is happening to, everyone else seems fine.
Please help as this is a very elderly family member whom needs to be able to contact us in an emergency.

I believe that the root cause for this issue is that number still exist in the inventory of the previous provider.

The issue has been resolved- it was a routing issue on carrier end.
