No imcoming calls ..

I have all the correct settings and still have problem with incoming calls. (outgoing calls work).
Very frustrating as it happens a lot recently.

The problem is with the ATA- device is not registering properly.

Please reset device to factory defaults and reconfigure it using the below:

This will resolve the issue.

My ATA configuration didn't change for three years, so don't know why configuration would be the problem. Anyway I reconfigured my ATA according to the doc, and still no incoming calls. Status shows "registered".

Hi,

I have been experiencing the same problem as bogdan. I can call out but cannot receive any calls. If someone call me they are directed to the voicemail right away (no ringing).
