Incoming going directly to voicemail

Hi,
I'm not able to receive calls. All calls go directly to voicemail. My freephoneline web settings say i'm connected on obi 100. Why do calls go directly to voicemail?

Just to add. Phone has been working for months. No changes have been made to setup.

Make sure you haven't accidentally dialed any star codes to activate DND, call forwarding, etc.

I don't have the star codes for that on hand, so you might have to Google for them or look through your manual.

More details:

In my call log, I have these "disconnect reasons": Unallocated (unassigned) number and Destination out of order.

Again, I have not changed anything in the last days. Phone has been working great until today for months.
