My home phone stop working.
No signal when i press talk pb.
Grandstream status under registration is saying : NO .
SIP setting on freephone line website is saying :
SIP Status: disconnected.
What should I do ?

Please follow the steps below to get the line up and running again:
Please try to power off equipment- modem, router and ata for at least 15-20 minutes and connect again after 20 minutes starting with the modem.
Try testing the line(s) after this- it should be ok.
Please let me know.

I had freephone line for maybe 3 years .
Initial no problems . Lately people telling me that there is something wrong with my phone.
Should I do this power down maybe every 6 months ?
