no sound
hi out going no sound or other end of the line sound cut in and out sometime , but sound from in come work fine . please help thanks

If I understood correctly, he has the same problem as I do. Incoming sound works fine I can hear the other end but they can't hear me, no outgoing sound. I have forwarded the port and I have a working microphone. Anyone has an idea how to fix this?

I had the same issue. I had to go to my router and check the port forwards. If you have DHCP setup it is possible your ATA module's ip changed. This was the case with mine and I had to change the IP again in my router. Other option is to setup a DHCP reservation based on MAC address so this does not happen. Also I recommend if you haven't done so to change your QOS settings to give FPL bandwidth priority.
