My line doesn't work for more than 24h

Hi,

I'm from Montreal and I use the SIP server voip.freephoneline.ca and since 24h, my ATA flash red, no line at all. I reboot the device, my router and always the same problem. From my computer, I can ping successfully the server.

Any idea? First time this happen to me.

Hi there,

We are really sorry for the inconvenience. Please follow the steps below to resolve the issue and get the line up and running again:

Please try to power off equipment- modem, router and ata for at least 15-20 minutes and connect again after 20 minutes starting with the modem.

Try testing the line(s) after this- it should be ok.
