No ring

I been using free phone line for long time had no problems.
I got new number and spa 122 and load latest firmware
It takes too long time to here the ring (Local number) And no ring if I call Edmonton
This is new Toronto Number 437-888-**** and can not call from my cell 416-838-****

Please reset the SPA122 to factory defaults and reconfigure it using the document below as a reference:
