Purchased an extension of unlimited canada texting for 30 days. Application states that I still have 28 days left.
When I try to send a text, I get the following:
"UH oh!
You are trying to text message a phone number that is not covered by your text messaging add-on package. Please consider purchasing the appropriate package"
This is a number I have texted many times using the same canada wide texting package. I seem to be able to receive texts but cannot send.
Anyone else experience this? Or totally on fongo's end? Support/billing is very slow responding.
