Ringer not working

I have missed a few calls and have not heard the ringer at all. It just goes straight to voicemail.
I use an iPhone 4. This app used to work.
I have the 'Rings before voicemail' set to 5, so there is no reason it shoud go to voicemail.
I have only been using this app for a couple of months so I do not think I have to reinstall as it should be the current version.
Let us know what's going on.

Yes, whenever I select any ring tone, it rings for sample, other apps like Viber / skype / csipsimple working without any problem.

I donot use skype for calls to phones, but i have one sip phone on csipsimple if i call from that to fongo than the same result of no bell/ringer on fongo, while I can hear the ringback tone from csipsimple.

I downloaded version 3.0.4.9 and the ringer still didn't work. However, if you go into settings and set 'Play Ringtone as Alarm Sound' it works.

I have same issue with my Blackberry 9900 when using wifi. Call out no problem, receiving call no ring tone, but display shows call and no problem to answer it. My phone has normal ring when using a sim card with service.
