Re: no incoming call
It is because your poorly programmed router does not know where to send the incoming call. So it doesn't. What do you have for a router, and modem

Re: no incoming call
I have the rogers cable into a dlink router to connect with a linksys router, which directly hook up with a phone. Which router has programming issue? how to change programming? Thanks.

Re: no incoming call
I have had experience with that router. It's firmware is just not very good at SIP VOIP I ended up replacing it.
Here is a good, cheap DD-WRT friendly router. http://www.bestbuy.ca/en-CA/product/tp- ... ageIndex=1

internet cable modem directly connected with ATA, there is still no incoming call, do you think it is necessary to change Dlink Router?

Re: no incoming call
Very glad my phone is working again with the help of Fongo technical support. it appears that DND (do not disturb) or CFWD (Call forwarding all) is enabled on the line (ATA is rejecting all calls)
After dialing *73 then hang up (deactivate call forwarding), and than dial *79 and hang up again (deactivate Do Not Disturb), the incoming call comes back. Thanks sincerely!
