"The number that you've try to reach is out of service"

Now, I can't even to logg in in my ata adapter or sip android application.
I hope the technical support will fix that.

I am not able to access both my free phone lines today (29Aug13)

Rebooted the voip adapter several times

Is there a maintenance shutdown on the system. Please advise.

Regards,

Jacob

Thanks Andrew for the immediate reply.

I figured out after I put in the post on the forum. I tried rebooting the voip adapter through the software. My adapter has a log in process through the phone and using the key pad on the phone - you can reboot it. Had to get the manual from the internet to learn how to do this. Thanks to Google. It worked. It appears to be more effective than the power down and power up stuff which I tried many times.

Really appreciate the forum support on Fongo.

Jacob

Ok Jacob,
I'm happy for you.

Could you explain more exactly how you can do that? Usually, I reboot by the power off and on and my ATA or using the software in ATA itself.
