Caller can't hear us

Issue when someone calls our freephoneline: we can hear the caller but they can't hear us.
Please verify.

This is an issue with your routing hardware sadly. More specifically, you router is no longer able to forward RTP ports to your ATA because it is rather poorly programmed.

What do you have for a router, ATA and modem?
